What can you do to celbrate your marriage? According to the founders of Marriage Today, Reverend Mike and Mrs. Trisha Fox, although a poor economy can weaken an already troubled marriage, the decline in marriage stems from a much deeper issue. They state that American has forgotten about “the value and importance of the sanctity and relevance of marriage”. They also believe that there is a “war against godly, traditional marriage and its importance” by the media and liberals. In order to counteract this issue, couples need to re-prioritize thier marraiges thru action and prayer. The scripture reference is James 3 where God tells us the ‘faith withouth works is dead.” We not only have to be in constant prayer about our marriages. We also need to take action! Be responsible for your marriage.

When is the last time that you asked your spouse : “What can I do for you today?” “What can I do for our marriage?” “How can I make a difference in my marriage?”

Try to do one thing each day for your spouse and one thing for the two of you as a couple. This will help you to feel connected.

We would like to thank everyone who attended the Valentine’s Banquet. Special thanks to Jennie Kellogg Keith and Aimee Duke for catering the food! IT WAS AWESOME! Also thanks to all of the youth who volunterred their time to serve and work the nursery. Also to our Skit Guys….Tony Godzwa and Denny Barry-great job guys! Thanks to everyone who helped with set up and take down as well! We feel honored to serve the Lord in this capacity! Thanks Lebron and Marshun.

We would like to welcome you to A Match Made In Heaven Marriage Ministry sponsored by Temple Baptist Church of Chattanooga Tennessee. We look forward to working in this great ministry.

My name is Lebron Hardnett. My wife Marshun and I have been called into this ministry to reach couples for the glory of Christ. It is our desire to help couples grow in their marriages no matter what their ages or how long they have been married. We would love to minister to dating and engaged couples as well.

We plan on offering the following activities:
